No, not at all. We do the washing up for you afterwards so you don’t need to worry about returning goods clean. All we ask is that you scrape off excess food from the plates and empty glasses. Please put the dirty crockery, cutlery, glasses and linens back in the boxes we delivered them in.
We charge delivery on a simple mileage basis. It’s 50p per mile from GL19 4NG to your location and back and then again for collection.
Please note there is a £15 minimum delivery charge (plus VAT).
You can pay by cash, bank transfer, cheque, credit or debit card (a 2% fee is payable on credit card payments of under £50).
Payment is required before the day of delivery to confirm the Hire in accordance with our Hire Terms and Conditions.
Sadly, yes, it’s the law! We are bound to be registered to VAT and we have to charge it.
Once all the hire items are back with us, we count and check them. We will then e-mail you with a notification of missing or damaged items, with an invoice if applicable. If there are items missing we will contact you and the venue first to see if anything has been left behind – and ask you to return them if you can, to avoid unnecessary charges.
No, there is no minimum order. However, for very small orders, under £50, we would encourage you to collect from us and return to us, as it makes more financial sense for you.
Our catering hire durations are:
Up to 48 hours, or Friday afternoon to Monday morning, is the equivalent of one hire.
