We understand customer service. Not only in terms of the hire needs that you have but also in how much or how little you want to do yourself.
We will do our utmost to help you when you need a quick turnaround or need additional items – although we help you with the event planning to get it as right as possible, well before the day!
This is a free service available to you as a private or professional client. You can draw on our many years’ experience in catering for, and planning, events to ensure your event goes as smoothly and successfully as possible, recognising that needs may change. We’ll help you follow a step-by-step process and ensure you’re completely happy with your choices.
Delivery and collection if required
You can have your items delivered, neatly counted, boxed and stacked, morning or afternoon as required. If there won’t be anyone on site at delivery time we’ll agree with you a safe place to leave your items as you wish. It doesn’t matter where you are; we charge on a simple time and per-mile basis to cover our delivery and collection costs.
The same applies to collection: we can collect from the event venue at an agreed time and place or you are welcome to bring them back in the boxes provided.
You wont be alone, few people want to or will enjoy washing up after a party.
Simply put the dirty items back in the boxes they came in and leave them at the agreed collection point with any larger hired items. We’ll take them away to be cleaned. All we ask is that excess food is scraped from plates and glasses are emptied.
